I think our campus is really fun because we're all here, all Mudders live on campus, all together, all throughout the dorms, and so there's literally always something going on, some club event, some like, weird tabling activity that you can go visit. There's always something going on in your dorm, all around campus, everywhere.

So my favorite event is, like the dorm competitions that we have. I'm at North dorm, the inner dorms, and so a lot of times we'll do whether it's games or just like Olympic based things against the other dorms. And so that's always a fun competition. I am part of blam Black Lives at mud and also part of NSBE, the National Society of Black Engineers. I know that they have like, a cappella, they have frisbee, they even have, like clubs for sports. There's a ton of different clubs, and I'm currently involved in an automotive club where we're designing an electrical car. Personally, I was involved in a 5c science bus club my freshman year, and that's where we went and talked to local like fourth and fifth grade schools and taught them science lessons. One of my favorite events is going to paint night, where one of the deans gets to paint a picture of what we're going to paint in our minds, and we either follow that or don't.

I think my favorite tradition is hawks moves and hawks giving one of the coolest things about being a med student is actually prank culture. Prank culture is pretty fun. I would say that I can't reveal any major secrets, but I will say that there's a ton of fun. Never crossing the land. We always set it up to where everyone's just having a good time. Yeah, okay, give it a secret's out.

We're not in LA, but we're in LA County, and getting to LA, whether it's public transportation or by car, is pretty easy. As an out of state student, I came here because there was so much sunlight and it was so close to the beach.

One of my favorite things to do in the area is going to the Claremont village to grab dinner with friends. It's a nice 30 minute walk from campus near Pomona College, and it's just the city of Claremont village of just like food restaurants, even the farmers markets on Sundays. And all of that is in walking distance, 5c stands for the five Claremont Colleges. Were part of a big consortium, so Harvey, Mudd College, Scripps, college, Pitzer, Pomona and Claremont, McKenna, we're all kind of like on the same campus.
